I have 25k in the bank, live in Australia, want a bimax as its my biggest failo. Not only will it boost my looks, but it will help my breathing and potentially fix my deviated septum (might also get a septorhinoplasty at the same time if possible?).
Anyway ive determined the risk to reward ratio of a bimax will be worth it for me, so the next step is who do I see? Im thinking Paul Conceancig since I live in Australia and should have some of the costs reimbursed by medicare.
