Feeling disconnected with most of the modernist approach, while not beeing able to seek for your inherent identity because it mostly doesn't exist anymore, and those who are the same as you, due to the gap in years and years, don't feel the same connexion toward you.

Is it how it feels to be metaphysically lonely in this world?

I’ve always been an outlier. Don’t really relate to other people and stuff. I’m what you can call a lone-wolf. I think it’s hard to find a purpose in the 21st century since everything is given to us, we almost know everything there is to know. Purpose of life in this century is to cope tbh. Every night/evening I look into people’s windows from the streets and everyone do the same: watch tv. Before you had to work for your food and money. Today that purpose is useless since you are given food and the government protects you. People today also live in small city apartments and almost never see the stars at night, don’t have any spiritual beliefs, and do any copes possible. I just think life in this century is very unnatural. I try to go to my cabin in the countryside at every opportunity I can, hate city-living ngl, and there I need to make sure to keep the hut warm and all that. Countryside and nature gives me a feeling of peace
