Its mostly taller jacked gymbros, not necessarily roiders.

Most serious gym girls want to bang Amateur Arnolds. Occasionally they will lower their standards for a Jason Kelce looking powerlifter.

I think being at least 5’11 and above is still a bare minimum
No amount of gains below this height will help with gym dates.
