Recently, I suffered a grade 3 tear of my ACL on my right knee and I am getting surgery December 16. I have been researching a little bit after a conversation with my friend that has knowledge on peptides and discovered BPC 157---said to contain ligament healing components.
Following conversation with my friend, I read a reddit thread of people that had tried it after the same surgery that I am going to go through and I saw that they had some good results which I compared to my past ACL surgery on my other knee (yes I have now torn both ACL's).
I wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with BPC157, and what they can conclude regarding benefits from taking it? It sort of interests me, and not for the reason of accelerating my recovery process (since I am in very good physical and athletic shape), but for the sake of my ligament healing in a proper timely way on top of already knowing what I will need to go through.
Last time I was cleared at 8 months and 14 days, which is before the usual 9-12 month timeline of returning back to contact sports, I want to have the possibility of being confident enough to be cleared sooner to be physically better than before to play in the fall season with my college soccer team.
