Can't say for sure as I ditched it after 1 month. I've been on beta carotene for a long time though, with great success.
Astaxanthin is probably just as effective for improving your skin tone if you use it for a prolonged period of time.

I use it with both beta carotone.
i dunno though, which of the 2 has helped me to improve my skin tone a bit. Or maybe both half.

It's kinda expensive though
I would stat with 3 months of beta carotone. if fails. use beta cartonen for 1 more month WITH asthaxine. If that also fails.

Than, good luck with coping, heving to life pale 4 life.
