Who has/had big nostrils comes here

I wonder if she can still breathe.
I went to a local italian surgeon and he said he can't make my nostrils more narrow cuz I wouldn't breath. If I tighten a bit my nostrils with my fingers I can't breath decently.
My nose doesn't have any functional problem, the septum Is straight etc..I'm just unlucky.

Of course I will still do a lip lift+rhino (in Turkey) to make it shorter and to tighten the tip..but if the surgeon will say that he can't tighten the nostrils, I don't think I will let him to touch the nose bone

PS: my nostrils are large due to my ccw bimax..in the past they were smaller
