It's definitely not giant, lol....

As much as I hate to admit it, since I dislike eppley he has one of the better track records for this stuff.

My dislike of Eppley has nothing to do with his ability to design implants. Like I said I do think Eppley has one of the better track records. It has more to do with his philosophy as a Doctor that I dislike.

The reality is, there are very few. Of those who actually emphasis implants in their pratice, they have almost no track record(ie before/after's) of male patients.

It's almost better to go with an oral facial oral facial maxillary surgery for implants like Gunson, over a plastic surgeon. They tend to actually use implants with more frequency. I like Zelkin but he doesn't have many before/afters. Rad mostly uses stock ones, I also personally dislike him. I think @midfacedeficient came out fairly good but it's still not on a level I'd want personally(since I'm hard core autist) but they were quite good results.

also got to consider the surgeon doing soft tissue work to top it off. a meh design paired with a good face lift and fat grating it gunna sit way prettier than a perfect design covered by folds and creases
