not necessarily, an htn is above average but you still suffer from a level of harmony problems. women may turn you down due to having a slightly crooked nose, possibly your eyes are slightly too close set, you look "weird" compared to Chico, but you're significantly better looking compared to the average normie.

the point I'm trying to make is that HTNs have significant problems, whether it'd be ratio or dimorphism related, that prevents them from being any higher. but they overall look a lot better than the average normie, hence why they're a "high tier normie."
