he has sufficient forward growth, you dont need super forward growth. it's about proportions/ratios. Gandy has a small skull compared to that hu bing nigga but it doesnt matter

pretty bad, need skull reshaping and skull implants. Problem is that it also changed my facial shape to be wider than it really is. Now my zygos/jaw is wider than my forehead. I need to go to a blackpilled surgeon for this, went to a local craniofacial surgeon recently but she didn't care about aesthetics. I can cope with just forehead/occiput implants for now, and do the reshaping later. Also need a bimax downgrafting and I'll be fine with where I'm at and can move on. Also the only haircut I can do is long hair or else short hair would make it noticable
