Who will perform mse even though I have perfect occlusion

I want mse but I have perfect occlusion, meaning expansion would actually cause me to have a malocclusion. As far as I know most practitioners will not do this. Do you know of anyone that would install mse on a patient with no occlusal problems?

(I'm aware I will also need msdo im ok with that)
