Doing good often goes unnoticed. Coming over to help without being asked. Holding the door. Putting a box deeper into the table so the next person doesn't have to. Being quiet when someone is stressed. Making others' life more convenient and happy without them noticing. That is the way it should be.
Normies have taken doing good things to being ostentatious about it. It has to be obvious that good is being performed. It cheapens what kindness is about.
