Yes. Two or so months ago I was 137 lbs though
i think 62 kg would be a good weight for your height , idk much about weight lifting though.

Body fat is a percentage. Your fucking emaciated, please gain some weight. If you increase your lean muscle mass at a greater rate then your body fat, your body fat percentage will decrease.

Skinny fat = You have a normal amount of fat and no muscle. Increase your muscle percentage to become lean.

tl;dr eat more calories and increase protein intake while training at the gym.
