Why am I genuinely sub 5 from the front but have a decent side.

Best picture I have of my face btw it’s usually a lot worse. Notice how asymmetrical it is as well and let me know if there’s anything I can do about it.
I feel like I’m frauding in every picture because I never want to show my front. It always looks bloated and fat even though I’m at a low bf%. Let me know what to do with that type of bloat.
