Why am I getting acne only on my traps?

For like 2 years now I’ve only been getting acne on my traps I’ve gotten some areas but it’s not as noticeable as on my traps it’s legit only there I don’t take roids I don’t eat like ass I just get so much acne on my traps for no reason is it just genetic I’ve seen online it might be due to wearing shirts when sweaty but that does not happen to me at all

acne on back, traps or lats is mostly due to hormones. Easiest fix without sarms or peptides or steroids would be to use an acid cleanser and exfoliate.
