Why am I not progressing in the gym?

Idk bruh, its been like weeks.

I am not progressing with the workout.

Like I cant lift more.

I am stuck to that weight for weeks 😔

My split is Upper/Lower 2 times a week but yeah.

Like I did progress a lot but im just stuck to this weight.

Any tips?

Maybe protein and sleep. I can share my training and I think I lift decent.

Sleep is where you build muscles
No point in gym if ur avg isnt 7hrs+
Seriously. Try to sleep more

lol i know nothing about it, i used to do 5 minute at home workouts in 2020 and thats my entire experience with exercise

idk how advanced you are but sometimes even on gear it takes me over a month to improve on an exercise. Usually each week all i can notice is slight improvement in rep speed but it doesnt become an extra rep for many many weeks.

that being said im decently strong and been lifting for years, like i benched 335 at 180 back when i used to do compounds

3-5 g of carbs / kg of bodweight

.65 g of protein/ lb of bodyweight

the rest fat

sleep 8 hours

up ur frequency to 3x

make sure u just doing one set of stable machine isolation exercise for everything 4-6 reps

and thats just about everything u can do

Wouldnt u want to actually look intimidating to other men by filling out a shirt?

Not just skinny lean

i would rather be skinny and be able to fit in girls low waisted size 27 jeans. we just have different opinions

My opinion on upper-lower pure slipts is even worse now. Doing upper-lower twice a week is indeed retarded.
