Why am I so unmotivated?

I have close to none energy wise, making it very hard for me to focus. I've taking magnesium and ashwaganda just hoping for an impact. Neither of these did anything noticeable, and i'm still tired and drowsy daily. I stay up til 12 AM and wake up at 7, not sure if that's the sole reason I am exhausted 24/7 :ROFLMAO:

I've tried many sleep schedules and none seem to work, still being sleepy with 12, 10, or 8 hours of sleep.

Get bloodwork done and go to an endocrinologist. There could be many different causes for this, so I won't try to assume. If you have an apple watch or a whoop bracelet, monitor your sleep and try to figure out if you're getting good sleep or not.

Use modafinil until you find the cause of your lethargy.
