Why am I still breaking out on my chin on accutane

6 months on 20mg accutane 3x per week and my chin looks like shit. I almost never break out anywhere else. Wtf should I put on it. I thought it would go away and it’s not.

These are what I’m considering
Increase dose of isotretinoin to everyday
Should I run fin/dut (my acne is hormonal and this may help)
buy a topical like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide

ur second mistake was using it 3x a week

do u take it with 25g of fat minimum every single time (dont lie nigga)

probably pretty close i eat a big meal and also have avocado with it. Should i up to every day?

u have to reach a cumulative dose, when u take a low dose its going to take a MUCH longer time nevertheless taking it only 3x a week

its fat soluble, so yes

this is a dermatitis breakout, not acne

Doesn’t look like acne, possibly contact dermatitis
