I hear people talking that fillers shouldnt imitate bone because they migrate always, is that true? Why is almost everyone then doing them, look at most popular looksmaxxers and foids that are the most attractive, they have all done fillers and not even just for touch ups but as their main plastic surgery. I am not talking about lip filler but about chin, jawline and cheekbones fillers. They are clearly the easiest possible plastic surgery and with just some injectons you can imitate osteotomy or implants that would need recovery, incisions and a way to hide all that but there is no pain or recovery or need to hide because there is no downtime and recovery with fillers. I mean sure it doesnt make sense to redo so many times when osteotomy or implants are for lifetime. Is migration really that common and do fillers never leave body?
