Why are germanic countries (Germany,Austria,Switzerland) so popular with balkan migrants?

Why are these 3 always the ones where everyone goes to? My parents praise Germany, how good it is to live there. That necessities are as expensive as the Balkans and that only luxury items are actually expensive. Also how German people like muslims and are respectful for our religion unlike all of Europe. When i mention i would like to move to the US when i grow up they mock me, saying how the US is a shithole and you are watching too much Hollywood movies

When i said France it also ends up with "France is a poor country, in terms on their pay, and french is very difficult to learn, you can learn german in 2 months"

When i said England its generally like "thats a nice country but everything is insanely expensive there"

Nah they would, the US at least isnt hard to migrate to at all. Its just considered a strange alien land here, Germany is considered to be right next door, which isnt even a lie you could drive with a car from Balkans to Germany in less then 24 hours

Yes my parents told me this, how incredible close Germany and especially Austria is. Im a moron for not realizing this and its wierd ngl, Germany is less then 24 hour car drive from my city, Austria is even less. Also (i went to Germany only once back in 2013 at my Aunts place) and Germany didn't give me foreign feels tbh, it looked just like a 1st world version of my city. The USA sounds intimidating, not onyl is it a different world literally across the wast Atlantic, but also the look of it, the size, everything is completely different from Europe, it feels alien

The discplacement of Germans after WWII was one the biggest tragedy in the history of the region. When I look at historical things I can visibly see how the IQ of the place was much higher while Scwabs and Saxons made up a sizeable chunk of the population. Now instead the place is becoming a shithole because of gypsies Germans have cuckish and self sabotaging tendencies, but it's impossible to hate them, they are so civilized.
