Why are his shoulders look sloped/ smeared onto his body instead of it being capped even though his muscular?? He also doesn’t appear to have narrow clavicles. He has average and don’t say it’s the backpack, seen him without it too and still same look.

Can u elaborate further on this?

the shoulder muscles are attached in a girdle shape around the acromioclavicular joint, but in some people that white tendon attachment is longer, and how deep it goes is also genetic.

in order to have big shoulders both the tendon needs to be short and the muscle needs to be long, but don't confuse 'big' with 'full' because smaller shoulders fill out faster and tend to get that capped look easier, but they won't ever look big.
because he has very small, low attached shoulder insertions.

there is no point in worrying about things you cannot change.

show top tier shoulder insertions, maybe this? View attachment 3070987
yes you can see how long they are.

when they're short the upper arms overpower the delts easier which looks bad because it makes them melt together, it's hard to tell someone with this kind of development from some random fatass in a shirt.

but wouldn't a longer muscle belly for the delts take longer to fill out, meaning that in the first 2 or so years of lifting you will look like you have underdeveloped shoulders?
