Why are men more likely to be friends with a man who’s a different race than a woman who’s the same race?

racism is more common than sexism, there’s a greater in group preference between races than between sexes

So why does it seem people are more likely to be friends with someone of a different race that’s the same gender than someone of the same race that’s the same gender
