Bro, MSDO or some lower jaw surgery/implant for sure, I don't see many other options. You must do something about this if you can't grow facial hair, you look masculine but feminine asf at the same time. This shit makes you look gay.

Before you consider a major lefort, I honestly think you need to consult a surgeon on widening your chin and lower jaw somehow someway. There are hella procedures bro, but I don't know which one is best for you. Like I said, unless you can grow facial hair, this will get to truecel territory.

Short sides and top longer but not too long your face look wide and big so you want a haircut which will make it look bit more narrow

it’s definitely bone it’s super hard and feels like it covers my whole upper face and is super wide I had braces for 3 years but refused to wear elastics thinking maybe that’s why my lower jaw didn’t grow enough to accommodate my big cheeks

LOL. At first, I really thought you were a girl OP. You really should get a shorter haircut, that long hair makes you look like a woman, probably because your face doesn't have good sexual dimorphism which makes you look effeminate.

Your upper body looks very tall though so you must be quite tall, so you have potential.
Swap your long hair for a good crew cut, you'll look a lot better. Good jawlines like yours can be ruined with long hair or big beards, so avoid those as much as possible.

No haven’t was thinking makeing the lower jaw and chin bigger would be better then making bones smaller and I could end up looking worse just don’t know if a modified lefort 3 with sinn or bimax with ccw with dr z or just a bsso
