You just have deep-set eyes which leads to a shorter pfl and pfh und thus the perception If smaller eyes and higher relative ICD. This is Not specific to that one photo.

Still looks good though.

Mostly from studies, to be honest. For example studies have measured pfl and eyeball protrusion of different ethnicities and the ones with Higher pfl (especially horizontal skeletal Show) tend to have higher eyeball protrusion (which makes sense, since the pfl is the visible surface of the eyeball that protrudes past the soft-tissue around the orbits)
