Not much u can do other than sleeping on back and chewing evenly. But u can try cope methods like orbi orbiculas training.

you could have an asymmetrical palate

when one side of your palate is wider than the other your zygomatic bone is usually more outwards and higher on that side of your face which can cause the outer rim and floor of your orbitals to be better positioned and have more support on that side

i had the same issue a while back but i had palatal expansion which corrected the asymmetry
