Infraorbitals I think refers to the bone under the eye specifically, but can extend to the zygomatic arches.

Zygos are the the actual "arches" at the outer end of your cheekbones. That's atleast how I understood it. But sometimes "infraorbital rim implants" will also affect zygomatic arches.
