why are my zygos shrinking

i have been adding sugar instead of salt all my savoury foods, and most days i hit the 500g of processed sugar mark so i can signal my igf1s, been doing this for 4 weeks went from 70kg to 80kg ( most of it being bone mass and muscle ) but now i cant see my zygos and jawline, should i drink coconut water and eat a banana to debloat or is this a part of the process
