why would i make it up? its the general consensus that french cuisine is the healthiest. I didn't create it.so by no metric at all, you just made it up because it supports your point
you really can look just look this stuff up.
again not a disease if u can cook it, u can eat it raw too. taste is subjective. u may like it or u may dont. no need to shun others for liking it.disease and doesnt taste as good
i get your point, thats why its important to know the source of ur meat. im not telling anyone to buy store frozen chicken and eat it raw.you're missing one very crucial point here: animals dont suddenly emit a fluorescent glow when they harbor a nasty pathogen. sure you will be probably be ok eating raw meat/blood for the most part, but there is a risk associated with it. the extra nutritional "benefits" are just not worth it to anyone with a brain when you can get these with no risk
the sources and the way the animal is raised, it is important to know that so that we can reduce this risk factor that you talk about.
yes, of course, lenghty supply chain proccess of modern day spoil it, hence better to buy from a local farmer or a live butcher.
that way you know your sources.
it is hard for people living in densely populated urban areas, and im not saying they should just move out. they are the population more at risk. they can cook it. but in generally its best to prefer raw like you said.
