why are people so much against the idea of drinking blood [serious detailed thread]

so by no metric at all, you just made it up because it supports your point
why would i make it up? its the general consensus that french cuisine is the healthiest. I didn't create it.
you really can look just look this stuff up.
disease and doesnt taste as good
again not a disease if u can cook it, u can eat it raw too. taste is subjective. u may like it or u may dont. no need to shun others for liking it.
you're missing one very crucial point here: animals dont suddenly emit a fluorescent glow when they harbor a nasty pathogen. sure you will be probably be ok eating raw meat/blood for the most part, but there is a risk associated with it. the extra nutritional "benefits" are just not worth it to anyone with a brain when you can get these with no risk
i get your point, thats why its important to know the source of ur meat. im not telling anyone to buy store frozen chicken and eat it raw.
the sources and the way the animal is raised, it is important to know that so that we can reduce this risk factor that you talk about.
yes, of course, lenghty supply chain proccess of modern day spoil it, hence better to buy from a local farmer or a live butcher.
that way you know your sources.

it is hard for people living in densely populated urban areas, and im not saying they should just move out. they are the population more at risk. they can cook it. but in generally its best to prefer raw like you said.

The elite already drink blood. From human babies/children. They have a chemical called adrenochrome.
im aware. adrenochrome gets into the blood stream when a baby is frightened.

I think that is The most quality blood out there no cap. They drink it for a reason

it is, the quality and nutrition index goes something like this:
scared baby blood > normal baby blood > adult human blood > scared adult human blood > other bloods

my guy this is so much effort to go to for literally no benefit. yay I got 3% more iron in my diet (it's totally not like I could have just got this from other, more convenient sources), this is going to completely turn my life around and isn't just a placebo for losers that have fallen down an alt right rabbit hole of rejecting accepted values and beliefs and distrusting globalism and authorities

lol when did i say that
come on im not being globalistic or anti-authority
u already know im one of the most pro-capitalistic pro-free market people on here
its not a simple mere 3% increase in iron or something, but alright whatever u say

maybe not you specifically, but that's the market s3verige and all those "raw meat truthers" are exploiting

ok, what are the nutritional benefits of raw meat over cooked meat. please be specific

I think using celebrities etc is not Good examples, as They drink adrenochrome the most bioavailable blood out there. Dont be surprised if sv3rige drinks it aswell as he has enough status.

there's a variety of benefits but i will list some key benefits.
1. enzymes. raw meats have certain enzymes that can aid in digestion and nutrient absorption. Cooking can destroy these enzymes, making them unavailable to the body and as a result simply making it harder for the body to digest cooked meat.

2. bioavailability of nutrients. sort of an addendum to the first point, the lack of certain enzymes make it hard for the vitamin and nutrients structures (extracellular matrix (ECM)) to be held together and when cooking, most of these just break down and became useless. this is not just vitamins and other micronutrients, but also fiber. in fact a lot of meat fiber is lost in the process of cooking.

3. loss of ECM. there is a massive loss of ECM while cooking, leading to lower quality of meat in itself. so ECM (extracellular matrix) is found in all human body and cells and the best way to keep them strong and sturdy, even in the human body, is literally consume meat with strong ECM, and high fiber, and higher nutrient content since . The ECM is composed of various proteins, including collagen, elastin, and fibronectin, as well as carbs like glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) and proteoglycans. These components interact with each other to form a dense, fibrous meshwork that can withstand mechanical stress and provide a scaffold for cell attachment and migration. and when we dont consume food as such at high quality, it becomes problematic for our bodies to digest even super proccessed foods over longer periods of time. this is also a reason a lot of people develop intestinal issues.
In addition to its structural role, the ECM also plays a critical role in cell signaling and communication. various molecules within the ECM can interact with cell surface receptors to activate signaling pathways that regulate cell behavior, such as proliferation, differentiation, and migration.

4. cooking also destroys nutrients. this is different to bioavailability, which just means the proper structural forms ur body can absorb, as compared to actual amount of nutrients. a lot of vitamin c, riboflavin, and thiamine, all essentially, are legit tanked, that is, destroyed. and i mean a lot of it. these nutrients are very much important because they facilitate fast gluconeogenesis, which is the way ur body makes glucose for its use from protein. why glucose? for brain fuel, as it is preferred over ketones. thats why meat tastes better when its "juicier" or sprinkled with lemon, because vit c makes the meat more human-consumption friendly.

5. Fat. Raw meat has so so so much more healthy omega-3 fatty acids than cooked meat, as high heat can damage these beneficial fats. these fats are so much important for sex hormone production and all other hormones in fact.

these are some benefits. please let me know if u would like to know more. there is more. but im stating some good 5 for now.

blood tastes like shit and causes vomiting because the stomach naturally rejects it. you need to solidify then cook it like this:

Lifefuel for @anoright

Blood is perfectly safe to consume. Many cultures consume blood, be it on its own (as consumed by some African tribes), in soups (as consumed in Southeast Asia for example), and in sausages (as consumed in Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia, to name a few), among other means.

I think the main reasons why normies don't consume blood is because of 1) its acquired taste and 2) the Mad Cow disease scare of the 1990s and 2000s, to which some governments banned the consumption of blood along with brains and spine meat.

the stomach takes a while to gets adjusted to natural stuff because you've been eating cooked and processed crap since u were a kid.
gotta start taking it slow and build up.
the gut needs to create a microbiome very sufficient enough for raw foods.

I have read about the enzyme thing before but it seemed like it had been debunked

Im skeptical about the ECM thing. No studies on its nutritional value or anything, all seems to be about it's role in the human body.

What are your thoughts on the studies that show raw meat requires more energy to digest than cooked meat? Surely our ancestors started cooking meat for a reason. If it became less nutritious you would think the non-cookers would have prevailed from a natural selection perspective.

The nutrients you mention like fibre, vit c and fat can all be got from other less risky sources

blood has been forbidden to drink by god

no it has not
besides religion is made up bullshit
there is only one religion and it’s the religion of the one almighty God, ask god for a sign with open heart and you receive it.

God will not forbid drinking it without a reason.
