As for the bimax it went well. You have to remember that bimax is a functional procedure and contrary to what many people here believe bimaxes are not the real ascenders. Unless u were a birdcel or a guy with sfs bimax rarely does anything to the front. The main aesthetic improvement in 99% of the bimax cases is nothing but the widening of the jaw that could be done during the BSSO procedure.

The biggest ascensions I've seen always involved the use of implants. Usually lower third ascensions. A well designed wrap around jaw Implant can easily add 1-1.5 psl. But Implants don't look good on recessed faces. Looks unnatural and out of place. Fixing the recession is necessary . So bimax was definitely needed in this case

Gaia had sfs and he fixed it with a bimax. His face even with the swelling and bloat looks definitely better. Harmonious front with balanced facial thirds. Has a good base now to get implants and ascend. His lower third still isn't chad tier but he has a good base now tbh. Overall the bimax was a success.

Rhinoplasty result also wasn't bad. Too early to say tho. Nose is a sensitive area and literally takes 3 months to heal, unless he got surgery more than 3 months ago these are not the final results. But initial thoughts his nose looks upturned and he still doesn't have a euro nose. Nasal bridge needs more definition and has to project more and base needs to be narrower. With a sharper tip

after browsing r/jawsurgey looking left and right for insane results I’ve come to the same conclusion.
Most people hardly ascend 0.25-0.5 PSL at best after a bimax unless they were severely deformed at baseline.
