I dont get your point assymetry is not really noticeable animals have it too and humans have a jaw the most common reason for assymetry is because of teeth and jaw we are built differently, malnutrition changes our jaw teeth and bite no one can have wisdom teeth anymore without having fucked up teeth

Animals don't lose their teeth at inappropriate times(too late), nor do they exclusively chew on one side. In addition, mastication may play a lesser role in the mandibular and maxillary development of animals
