Yes you can cherry pick examples of northern/western euros with some of these features on occasion. But it’s the full blend altogether that’s representative of his distinct phenotype.
O’Pry doesn’t have them. A fake tan and dark hair doesn’t make him similar to the Greek model. Vinezilos looks like a typical ethnic model.

Also it depends on what type of greek, there are many different ethnic sub-groups as well, some more "white" than others.
