Why are the changes of eye area surgeries so minimal most of the time?

The changes usually aren’t as big as with other facial procedures like with your jaw or chin, for example. Why is this? Because of the increased risk that comes with operating so closely to your eyes perhaps?

Because eye area isnt only about tilt or shape overall.
Its about browridge, hooding, undereye support, PFL, IPD, medial canthus etc etc
