Why are the Dutch so swarthy?

Not even trolling at this point, but one of my SFcel Dutch friends have brown eyes, and another one was literally mistaked for a fucking greek when he sent his pic and asked someone to guess where he is from, question is, how do Dutch have so many swarthy people?

Normally when I think of NW's who look deathnic, my mind comes to french and english, but seems to me anglos have less ethnic looking people then the pure germanic dutch.

They say the Dutch have 66% blonde hair on average which is as much as Germans and Danes, and that England has a lower blonde rate than Netherlands, even though, I seen more swarthy Dutch, than the English, and they are also obviously darker compared to the Danes and Germans, hell even Germans have some swarthy looking people, but a lot of them are actually of Slavic and Mediterranean origins, for example this German actor, who passes more as Italian than German, and that's because of being half Albanian.
