probably because in the west people lifted for weight mostly and genetics came with it and lifting is much more popular then in the east ,they do martial arts to fight or other sports besides lifting (Mongols ,Chechens )

Its just that since whites are larger they have more mass which makes it much easier to push heavier weights but asians dominate in terms of pound for pound strength respectively accounting for their anthropologic build
