Why are wide clavicles so incredibly rare?

In my high school their are actual chads and stacy's but I can count the amount of people who have a good frame one one hand, even me who has slightly wide clavicles (albeit I am very skinny jfl) I go into the chainging rooms and of like 40 people I have the best clavicles in their, and with models like Chico who have great face cards but below average frames, so why are genuinely wide clavicles so rare?

Nah I'm not talking about muscle mass I'm on about skeletal structure eg clavicles and scapular

I guess but looksflation has no effect on what I observe as I don't have a super wide frame however the a lot of the other boys in my year have the frames of 11 year old boys (not even exaggerating that much)
