Why aren't there black market plastic surgeons

Like here like 50% of user are minors who mostly want surgery. If there was a bp plastic surgeon who would do under the radar surgery he could make thousands of dollars.
Imagine its just like the courses on tiktok but better. You would capitalise the market and make a name for yourself.
At day you will be a normal plastic surgeon and at night a illegal plastic surgeon doing surgerys on kids.

No but some can really can. Like for example if your parents aren't paying enough attention or are gullible you can just say you got into a fight or some shit.
In the present most parent arent so careful with their kids.
And for some small surgerys this could really work
