WHY bonesmashing doesn’t work.

Their shins don’t get bigger they get stronger. Bonesmashing only makes the bone stronger not bigger

Give an example of a fighter with abnormally large shins who didn’t come out of a fight or training and has swelling.

This stress must come from surrounding tissues and not external pressure.
Bone smashing does not involve the proper use of the body to form bones.

The main problem is that it’s extremely hard (or even impossible) to control the amount of external pressure that you apply to the bone. There are no tested methods or appliances that can safely and efficiently sculpt your bones.

Rather than activating bone-building osteoblasts, bone smashing triggers swelling and inflammation from soft tissue trauma.

At best, minor microfractures may heal with added mineralisation. But swelling and scar tissue are more likely outcomes than symmetrical "bone gains

These fractures heal with thickened bone tissue, but in an uncontrolled, asymmetrical manner. The end result is disfigurement rather than enhanced aesthetic.

Natural/mechanical stress change bone structure through controlled pressure that are almost risk-free and more predictable.

Bonesmashing is a pseudoscience created by older users of PSL forums in order to troll the new cels of 2020. I was one of them

I believe that it causes swelling, which is beneficial if you want your bone to look bigger. But swelling is temporary.

I don’t believe in bonesmashing producing permanent results outside of swelling. Only way you can achieve those is to build a machine which continuously beats your bone with the same amount of force. But you will be the first one to do so, so you might even fuck yourself up

It uses the same concept just controlled and faster, i dont need to test it tho since my issue with bones is things that microfractures cant target

Yeah that’s what I would recommend. Try it out maybe see if it works. I can’t stand the guys who hammer their face randomly and say they got results lol.
