Why can only some people EAT BIG FOOD & not bloat, be fat, feel great/light?

I've always found it hard to balance eating enough for gains with maintaining myself not getting too fat -- or, in other words, eating according to appetite/gymcelling needs.

If I eat anything I get bloated, or slow metabolism, or feel like shit; poor digestion; slower and heavier feeling; etc. I wanna stay "light footed" and not be too overweight.

Meanwhile, you got shredded Chads who eat whatever they want -- or don't want -- year round and still look better than you by birthright, holding on to their six packs even eating 3,000+ Kcals a day easily. Why can these guys EAT BIG FOOD & look GREAT?

I don't even think "metabolic speed" is a factor, I know thin guys typically eat less but my point is some dudes look great but never seriously bulk, or put on 30 + lbs. of bloat, then have to cut. Meanwhile bulk/cut is pushed, yet how do these bodybuilders never get too fat, eat junk, fuck around? Why only SOME guys need "muh discipline" so strongly?

Steroids? I've gone 6+ month bulks and all I end up with is man boobs, feel like shit, slower, less agile, and my lifts barely go up/muscle mass weakly changes. Meanwhile, fucking Chads and BB'er dudes like above binge on fast food several times a week, yet always have diced stomachs and Godly physiques. But I get bloated on 2,500 Kcals a day @ 200 lbs.

And even if Chads eat little they still usually have good bones/looks even if they never bulk, so it's pretty hopeless if you've bulked and still look small AF.

dumb ass nigga thinks that the rock and chris bumshead eat whatever they want just bc they have one picture with junk food,your comparing yourself to people who are on every gear under the sun and diet for months on end with top tier genetics,normal ppl who are natty or something light like test obv cant do the same

the guys you posted on are heavy roids, that food will fly through them

lots of bodybuilders eat a lot of junk and remain shredded..... because some roids are just that good

I would do 1 hour full-body workouts and still feel bloated if I ate one steak with a side of mashed potatoes and a few drinks.....

PLUS I know guys that are chronically lean, AKA dudes that NEVER gain noticeable fat or truly bulk yet still have fairly decent bodies with little physical activity, i.e., they aren't fucking athletes or anything yet eat according to their appetite and they're under 16% bodyfat year round.

I for example am that and i eat like a fucking pig yet i cant gain weight unless i eat ungodly amounts of calories

1. they dont eat like these pics everyday.
2. their TDEE is more compared to you.
