In 2018 I went from 230 lbs to 195 lbs 10 percent bodyfat and was ripped. Now I am 253 lbs 24 percent bodyfat and I am just not feeling my diet. Probably before I was actually eating food that was good to cut down i.e peanut butter oatmeal, grilled teriyaki fillets etc everyday. Now I eat 1000 calories of cottage cheese, protein yogurt, Alaska cod fillets, chicken breast, and egg whites. It must be a mentality thing.

It's like I have to cut on like 1000-1200 calories. I don't lose weight on 1400 calories daily LMAO wtf is this.

True Im doing a 400kcal deficit and eating 2.3g/kg of protein per kg of bodyweight to not loose muscle mass. Also excersise everyday to use the muscles. If you use them then you wont loose them. Restistant exercises like cycling are perfect
