Its funny because its like two complete opposite sides.

The feeling you get when a girl loves you and you love her is one of the best feelings ever, but the feeling of betrayal is probably the most painful things ever.

Heartbreak is good sometimes, in-fact i would say its necessary for men to go through at least once. I had really bad anxiety and high inhibition for a long time before, its gone now and I realized it takes something as painful as betrayal to rewire your brain. Im more focused aswell, finances body and looks have never been better.

I think almost every man has been in that situation before. My best friend is a literal Chad, and we talked about this topic a countless times. You would not believe, how insecure he used to be with women back then, despite his success.
I also kept making the same mistake every single time- putting women on a pedestal.
Even women who showed affection toward me would gradually lose their interest. And, I used to be pretty popular with the girls back then, but still always felt this insecurity.
At some point, I just stopped giving a damn, and that’s when things got easier, and more successful as well.

I know it’s not easy, but you really have to force yourself to behave more like a man. Women don’t respect overly emotional men - not because these emotions are necessarily wrong, but because they can feel when a man is insecure/ uncomfortable in his own skin, through those emotions.

If you become more confident in yourself, or at least remember that, in the end, no one really cares if a woman rejects you except you- your situation should improve. Shame is not real, just self-made, and men place far to much value on something so irrelevant.
