Why can’t I make friends or talk to women

I used to be way more social but soon realized no one saw me as a close friend and I always got left out and never invited to things. I used to also be able to talk to foids much easier but still have yet to slay but have come close. Now everything’s changed and I don’t know why. It’s so hard talking to people and sometimes I wonder if I’m neurodivergent, and if I am is there any way to help?
