been in a similar situation u gotta relax man, remember socializing isn't that deep, when it comes to foids come up to the more feminine ones since the masculine ones ain't worth talking to and will say some shit like "ew no i have muh boyfriend
or ewww gross what makes u think u have the chance with me while being a boneless subhuman" and talk to them simply like they're ur old long time friend, hold eye contact, try not to stutter, don't act nonchalant that's the worst thing u can do if ur trying to genuenly socialize be urself, get to know them, ask about their hobbies/interest/political stance/worldview WHATEVER U CAN THINK OF and ask about that shit like it genuenly interests u don't make the convo an interview tho ofc 
and let them yap their soul out, i think ur focused to much on hitting up girls and getting their number, instead of that try having a normal convo with them if ya'll fw each other then u give each other ur socials don't hit up ppl outta the red asking for their number.
