Why can't I upload any photos?

I can only upload videos. Every time I try to upload a photo, it takes 5 minutes to process and then doesn't go through. WTF?

I think it's a server error. I tried to download one of those videos from that thread where the girl was fucking a stool, and it wasn't working.
