I've seen tons of before & after plastic surgery results. I've never seen one that was able to successfully improve someone's racial phenotype.
Ignoring skin color, I've never seen a surgery that could make a middle easterner look more white, or a curry look more middle eastern. Every result looks extremely underwhelming.
I don't understand... there is surgery available to change the position of someones maxilla, mandible, etc. And even implants that can be inserted anywhere in the face. Surgeries to narrow the alar base, rhinoplasies, all sorts of eye surgeries, blepharoplasties, brow bone implants, etc. So isn't there any surgery out there yet to improve someone's phenotype?
The closest thing I've seen is this Asian girl who came out looking hapa after getting eye and nose surgery. But that's pretty much it. I've never seen any equivalent for curries.
