Welcome!
Bread&Butter here, I hope you're doing well, today we will discuss coloring - how to fix it and its significant impact on your appearance.
Your coloring is essential for your looks and not many people know how to perfect their coloring. Yes, I know there are many guides on this but you need to be reminded to take action on this. By having the right color palette, you will be emitting more signs of health indicators. Lighter eyes are a sign of lower heavy metals and toxins in the body, being tan is a sign of good metabolic health, and whiter scleras (the white part of your eye) are a sign of proper liver function, etc.
By fixing your coloring, you'll be able to enhance your attractiveness considerably. Let's look at an example below of how coloring affects an individual's attractiveness:
We can see that Vasily Stepanov looks a lot better with a golden/caramel skin color, pinker/redder lips, and blonde curly hair. However, not everyone can look good with this exact coloring and you should find what works best for you.
So how do I figure out what coloring is best for me?

Hair
Should you have darker or lighter hair? Your hair color should generally be the darkest feature of your appearance, noticeably darker than your skin and eyes. This creates a natural contrast that enhances your overall look. However, if you have strong masculine features and are considered highly attractive, you might be able to pull off lighter hair colors like blonde. Examples of men who successfully wear lighter hair include Vasily Stepanov, Chris Hemsworth, and Dolph Lundgren. For most, less attractive men, darker hair can be advantageous. Research suggests that women often perceive men with darker hair as more dominant, which can potentially increase attractiveness. However, if lighter hair doesn't suit you or makes you appear less masculine, opting for a darker shade might be beneficial. Ultimately, the best approach is to experiment with different shades, both lighter and darker, to see which one you prefer and which garners the most positive reactions from others.
Here is a virtual hair color try-on by Garnier, check out which hair color suits you the best and follow the steps below:
If you look better with darker hair then consider doing these to darken your hair:
- Use Coffee. Apply a generous amount of coffee to your hair, ensuring it is as damp as possible. Cover your head and let it sit for an hour. Afterward, rinse it out with water (and conditioner if desired), and your hair should appear darker. For the best results, use this treatment consistently for at least a week, and opt for the darkest coffee available.
- If you want to get darker hair quicker, use this video to help you do it yourself. Remember, it's a better idea not completely to change your hair color but rather make it subtle and go only a few shades darker, after this is complete, you can contemplate whether to go darker.
If you look better with lighter hair then consider doing these to lighten your hair:
- Applying lemon juice to your hair and exposing it to sunlight for about an hour can naturally lighten your hair - click here or watch this video.
- Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda, while you can use hydrogen peroxide and baking soda separately, combining them enhances their effectiveness for hair lightening - click here or watch this video.
- Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey - click here.
- Or dye your hair if you're too impatient - watch this video to help you, and remember, it's a better idea not completely to change your hair color but rather make it subtle and go only a few shades darker, after this is complete, you can contemplate whether to go darker.
Eye area
- I have an eye-lightening guide here - One's eye color must be noticeably brighter than their hair color, but shouldn't exceed the brightness of their skin (else, they look possessed). You can purchase colored contacts here for quicker results. To ensure a natural appearance, make sure they look realistic, feature a limbal ring, and fit your eye dimensions. Be sure to measure your eye's width, height, and diameter, as well as the size of your pupil (the black part of your eye). This will help you achieve the most authentic look possible.
- Whitening sclera - The sclera, or the white part of your eye, should ideally be white, but this is often overlooked when addressing the eye area. It's essential to meet the basics, such as getting 8-9 hours of high-quality sleep each night and avoiding eye strain. For temporary relief, you can use red eye drop relievers. If your sclera appears yellow or any other unusual color, it's important to contact your doctor. TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic acid) could potentially help reverse jaundice in the eyes, as it supports liver function and detoxification.
- Darkening eyebrows and lashes - if your lashes and brows are too light then you should consider dyeing them dark enough to match your hair (if it's dark). Doing this can seriously enhance your eye area.
Skin color
You can choose to have tanned skin or paler skin (need the right undertones to pull this off or else you will look like Harry Potter below). I highly recommend using the faceapp* to see if you look better tanned or pale (costs money, if there are any free alternatives then use that)
- How to deal with undertones: To warm your undertones do a Lycopene and Beta Carotene Megadosing (Stack). To cool down your undertones use Hydroquinone and Kojic acid. To remove your olive undertones, use Astaxanthin, Kojic Acid, and Glutathione (Stack). Look at the chart below to see what these undertones look like:
- How to tan properly:
- Step one, go to the beach. If there's no sunlight where you live then you can visit solariums.
- Use olive oil/coconut oil, or beef tallow instead of sunscreen.
- Seek shade when you feel too exposed to the sun.
- Eat more cholesterol from an animal-based diet and consume more vitamin C-rich fruits.
- Seriously limit seed oil intake, and avoid a processed diet.
- (NB): Wear linen or cotton when going to the beach.
- Do not wear sunglasses, they block the receptors in your eyes responsible for melanin production.
- How to lighten your skin:
- Glutathione Megadosing
S-Acetyl Glutathione (Absorption Optimized) ($30 USD x 60 Capsules, 300mg/capsule)- 4x per day (1,200mg/day). The more you take, the faster the results. You must take at least 500mg a day to see any results.
- Liposomal Glutathione (Absorption Optimized, slightly worse than the one above) ($35 USD x 60 Capsules, 700mg/capsule)
- 2x per day (1,400mg/day). The more you take, the faster the results. You must take at least 500mg a day to see any results.
- Vitamin C Megadosing
- Liposomal Vitamin C (USD 18 x 180 capsules)
- 2x per day (3,300mg/day). The more you take, the faster the results.
- Kojic Acid is a naturally made acid that is good at killing melanocyte cells.
- Kojic Acid + Vitamin C Soap ($15 USD x 2 Bars)
- Use every day.
- Kojic Acid Lotion ($15 USD x 250mL)
- Use every day.
- Glutathione Megadosing
Mouth area
- Lips - ideally your lips should be more pink/reddish. For starters, you need to be exfoliating your lips a couple of times a week with a toothbrush and some coconut oil. Before sleeping I recommend lathering beef tallow and a couple drops of olive oil for hydration. In the morning you could wear a red tinted lip balm to enhance the color.
- Teeth - ideally should match the color of your sclera, (both should be white). How do we whiten our teeth? (you should know this)
- Coconut oil pulling - take a tablespoon of coconut oil daily and swish it around your mouth (you can shake your head to mix it if you don't want to use your buccinators lmao, or just add it onto your toothbrush along with your toothpaste which is easier in itself).
- Crest whitening strips - you can get these online. You should not use these for too long, cycle on and off, once in summer and once in winter. (extra tip: cut these in half to double your supply).
- Hydrogen peroxide mouthwash - do these twice a week.
