TBH dolicocephaly and mesocephaly do mog in terms of appeal, especially nowadays when the average human is giganarrow. People like good development, but they also tend to like familiarity. A hunter gatherer with optimal facial development from however many thousand years ago wouldn't have as much appeal as some modern, narrow chadlite on tik tok. I am a fan of wide faces myself but I also understand that people like Barrett aren't going to be peak appeal.

I'd be curious to see what it would look like if they had kids. Obviously genetic recombination could make the kid normal, but if they had like 8 kids, one of them is bound to have mogger paleo aesthetics.
