The vast majority of men (normies) do benefit from confidence. If you are normie + low confidence, you’ll get absolutely nothing. If you are normie + high confidence, you’ll get average and maybe above average girls from time to time if you’re lucky.

Other positive personality traits that are important and tied to confidence:
- Being NT
- Being Low inhib/Not giving a fuck
- Being funny/witty

I have some mental issues with self-confidence when I let myself gain weight. I was fat throughout my whole child and teenhood and never got sexual validation from girls at that time.

i was fat/obese all my childhood and i grew up obese.. im 30 years old
and since 2 years im almost normalweight... before i was all the fucking time fat as fuck (140kg)
and like you, never had attraction from women.. i was soo used to be a neutral being, i thought its normal when women act like nothing
like i was AIR to them.. but 2 years ago i realized that obviously my fat body look unhealthy and unhealthy = unattractive

i lost almost 48kg (in the last 2 years) and i cant believe how the behavior of the women changed.... now at least they look deeply into my eyes and act completely different.. but my mindset are slowly recovering.... i mean, i was used to the identity of a fat loser guy
now, i look average (maybe a lil bit above average) and women dont see me as a neutral being.. for the first time in my life
they see me as a sexual being.... and thats the key point... men must look masculine to be a sexual being to women
and women should look feminine to be a sexual being to men
