Why did God only reward the chosen people (Jews) with only IQ? Why not looks and height and strength?

Because in reality, only IQ is needed to survive and succeed. Looks are superficial, you can deieve someone through looks or you can be decieved through them. It's almost like tricking someone with magic or falling for a magic trick. Good looking people are almost always prideful, which is a letdown to the God of the Jews. While it is true that you can't get a woman to love you if you aren't good looking, but you can still definitely get most women to respect and fear you if you had intelligence or some sort of power, regardless of your looks.

Strength and height are also pretty useless as people could kill a 7' tall chad by throwing stones at him in a group or clubbing him to death by teaming up together and outnumbering him. In modern times, no matter how strong/tall you are, you will be easily shot to death by a foid or an incel if they had the advantage of posessing a gun over you.
