Why did hydrocortisone make my nose look more pale?

I’ve been using hydrocortisone for 5 days now, it definitely shrank my nose. What I don’t get is why does it make my nose whiter, I’m not complaining because it fixed my coloring in that area but I find it odd. This is pretty cool tho I wonder where else can I use hydrocortisone for the same effect

vasoconstriction, less blood in nose makes it look paler, and less inflammation has a role on that too

I’m not necessarily black but I’m also not european. I’m more on golden instead of brown because of all the shit ive been doing. Should I keep the gold/shiny yellow or go pale?
