Most of your under-eye support comes from the bone structure. Of course fat can give you some support aswell but volufiline is cope there are no scientific studies showing that it stimulates fat cells.

Thumb pulling doesn't work because your palate is fused, and you can't get a regular palate expander at your age. You would need SARPE, which is a brutal surgery so yeah that could help with under eye support if you were to get it.
